So, I have been working here at Studio 13 in Tallahassee for about a month and a half now. It's been a pleasure to work with Eric Watson, the man who first handed me a machine, and I have been lucky to get the chance to meet up with a few of my old friends and relive old times. I'm looking forward to getting to spend Thanksgiving with my family down here this year, but after that, I am out!
There is a possibility of a brief artist hiatus coming up soon. I am thinking about going back to Moultrie until the Atlanta move (which isn't until the end of January), and if that happens I may try to get a guest spot at Trademark Body Art just to supplement my income a bit, though there is a possibility that the owner may not allow me to do so... I'm crossing my fingers!!
Atlanta!! I'm stoked about the idea! I have spent all day on the phone today calling apartment complexes and getting more specific information in regards to how much I will be spending on this move. UGH! I am still trying to find a shop up there as well. I have pretty much ruled out Sacred Heart as an option, but I do have a fine, fine artist on my side up there who has been helping me out tremendously in regards to figuring out which shops I should be looking into as well as keeping me encouraged!! A HUGE thank you to Eric Scsavnicki at Ink Monster!!
